Our company provides digital graphics services made available at our website (https://primegrafic.com/), For all our services we provide unlimited revisions up until your files are sent out to your email, however, the more revisions requested the longer it will take and we can decide to stop giving you revisions if our designers feel like you have requested too much.
 
The files we provide for our services are .png .jpeg .eps .ai and .pdf, you can request other files. Once the files are sent to you, you accept that we are not responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss.

Purchases

If you wish to purchase any Services made available through our website (https://primegrafic.com/), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your Full name, Business information, Card, or PayPal information.

 
By providing us with this information you will accept and acknowledge that we are not responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss of your data.
Subscriptions
Our Hosting and Domain subscriptions services are provided by https://krystal.uk/ and are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed Monthly, Quarterly, or Annually based on the option you choose.
 
We shall not responsible if there are any issues, errors, or down servers with the Domain & Hosting service as they are managed by https://krystal.uk/, you will also accept and acknowledge that we are not responsible, liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss by https://krystal.uk/.
Cancellations and Refunds
You can request a cancellation and refund for any digital design service before you have received the files in your email. Prime Grafic does not offer revisions or refunds once your order is complete (files are sent out to your email) and for orders over 30 days.
Full refund is not accepted for all our Website and Development services, only partial are accepted.
 
Domain & Hosting subscription services can be canceled any time, refunds can be full, partial, or none depending on the plan and time of cancellation.
Use of Third-party Services
Our Service may contain the use of third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Prime Grafic. Prime Grafic has no control over and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.
